Steven Phan is an entrepreneur originally from San Francisco, California, with a strong background in the legal cannabis industry. He is the founder of Come Back Daily, an award-winning experiential CBD shop in New York City known for its focus on education, design, and community. Steven is also actively involved with Clearly Faded, a New York–based legal cannabis brand, where he contributes to brand growth and strategic development. In addition, he currently invests his time with Lettuce Print, helping cannabis brands bring their ideas to life through printing, branding, and marketing. With experience spanning operations, branding, and system development, Steven contributes thoughtful ideas around workflows, SOPs, and scalable processes to support sustainable growth.
Danielle McAdon Leston, known professionally as Dani Mac, serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Skate AC, where she brings financial stewardship, community advocacy, and a deep belief in Atlantic City’s potential beyond the Boardwalk lights.
Dani is the Managing Partner of Boardwalk Bookkeeping LLC, a virtual bookkeeping and advisory firm based in Atlantic City that supports small business owners nationwide. As a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor, she specializes in building clear, reliable financial systems that empower organizations to grow with intention. In her role as Treasurer, Dani helps ensure Skate AC is financially sound, transparent, and well-positioned to expand its impact—creating safe, inclusive spaces for kids to skateboard, connect, and thrive.
Dani is also deeply aligned with AC Heals, a division of Skate AC dedicated to restoring Atlantic City’s original identity as a place of healing, as envisioned by the city’s founder, Dr. Jonathan Pitney. A former yoga teacher, Dani believes Atlantic City offers far more than gambling, nightlife, and entertainment—and is excited to see wellness, community care, and healing take a front seat in the city’s next chapter.
A proud Atlantic City resident who lives on the boardwalk, Dani is passionate about using both her professional expertise and personal values to support mission-driven organizations. She is honored to help Skate AC and AC Heals build a future rooted in safe spaces, financial integrity, and a renewed vision for what Atlantic City can be.
Lisa Campanelli is an experienced nonprofit leader specializing in organizational leadership, fundraising, and strategic planning. She has spent her career supporting mission-driven organizations in strengthening governance, building sustainable operations, and increasing community impact.
Originally from the New York–New Jersey area, Lisa has lived in South Florida for the past 15 years, bringing a broad perspective and strong commitment to community-based work.
As a Board Member of Skate AC, Lisa provides strategic guidance, supports resource development, and is passionate about advancing Skate AC’s mission to empower youth through positive, impactful programming.
Abe Acay is a passionate high school drama teacher and dedicated acting coach whose expertise spans from classroom stages to professional training with pro athletes and rising child actors. As an educator and creative leader, Abe nurtures performers of all ages, helping them unlock confidence, craft, and authentic expression both on stage and on screen.
In addition to his work in the arts and education, Abe serves as a board member of the nonprofit Above 500, where he leverages his creative and organizational skills to support community impact initiatives and charitable programming. He has managed and helped produce dozens of high-profile charity events in collaboration with organizations and athletes including the Miami Dolphins, Andre Drummond, and the Miami Heat. His work often bridges the worlds of sports, entertainment, and social good to amplify positive outcomes for those in need.
Working closely with athletes, activists, and community partners, Abe specializes in creative directing and project leadership for initiatives that uplift underprivileged and marginalized communities across South Florida, Philadelphia, and Los Angeles. Whether directing performances, coaching talent, or producing events that bring people together for meaningful causes, Abe’s work is rooted in empowerment, access, and artistic excellence.
Peter Bici is a New York City–born and raised professional skateboarder who came up through the NYC scene and represented skate culture at the highest level. He later served 16 years as a New York City firefighter in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, dedicating his life to protecting and uplifting his community. Peter currently serves as an advisor to the Harold Hunter Foundation, supporting youth programs rooted in skateboarding, mentorship, and opportunity. Now, he’s honored to join SkateAC to help build safe, thoughtfully designed skateparks and create pathways for young people to grow—using skateboarding as a tool for confidence, creativity, connection, and a bigger vision beyond their neighborhood.
Divine RBG is a Grammy-nominated hip-hop artist and cultural organizer whose work bridges music, community, and global impact. A member and collaborator with influential groups such as Dead Prez, Yerba Buena, and the acclaimed Latin hip-hop collective The D.E.Y., Divine brings decades of experience in leadership, creative direction, and international collaboration. His reach within music, youth culture, and grassroots movements—combined with strong organizational and relationship-building skills—makes him a powerful advocate for Skate AC’s mission to build skateparks around the world. Divine RBG leverages art, influence, and structure to help transform communities and create safe, inspiring spaces for the next generation.
Jeremiah Watson is a living example of what Skate AC was built to do. Born and raised in Atlantic City, Jeremiah came up through the original Skate AC programs as a kid, learning to skate at our parks when he was just 12 years old. Today, in his mid-20s, he is a respected local professional skateboarder and a role model for the next generation. Jeremiah now gives back by teaching and mentoring youth in our lesson programs, supporting every major event we host, and leading by example on and off the board. Known for his discipline, character, and work ethic, he lives a clean lifestyle, attends church regularly, values family, and excels as an all-around athlete, bodybuilder, and videographer. From protégé to professional, Jeremiah represents the full-circle impact of Skate AC and the future of Atlantic City done right.
